"Most novice entrepreneurs enter into business
with the experience of an employee."
with the experience of an employee."
~ Sumner M. Davenport
With a desire to succeed, many novice entrepreneurs struggle – not knowing where to find their customers, and not knowing how to structure their activity, finances or presentations in order to grow their business. With the best intentions when they start, many find their days ending in frustration and low results. Many use stop-start or sporadic efforts.
Many small businesses function from fear rather than strategy – simply because they don’t know what to do. Or if they have an ideas of that they think they should do, they don't know how to do it efficiently and effectively to get the desired results. Even worse, some small businesses have been struggling for so long, they don’t know how to get out of the rut.
Do you have a business plan - is is one that YOU wrote?
More importantly - does it motivate you and do you follow it?

what the failing person doesn't like to do."

"My first six years in the business were hopeless.
There are a lot of times when you sit and you say
"Why am I doing this? I'll never make it. It's just not going to happen.
I should go out and get a real job, and try to survive."
